SIWP AWARDS 2016

PARTICIPATION
 
A. The SIWP AWARDS is open to all independent watchmaking brands.

B. In order to participate, brands should send an application by E-mail at the latest on 6th of January 2017 (midnight). The terms and registration details are the following :
 
Send an E-mail to :  awards@swiss-pavilion.com indicating : REGISTRATION SIWP AWARDS 2016  and including the following  :
One high-resolution image of the watch(es), the brand logo, a link for the watch on the brand website, a contact address (E-mail et telephone number). Registration costs : free of charge.
 
C. For the competition, brands may present one watch per category (two at the most), registered in different categories. The same model can only be registered in one category.
 
D. Brands are free to choose the category in which they register each watch.
 
E. Categories are as follows :
 
Lady :    Ladies watches
 
Man :    Men watches
 
F. Pictures and links of the watches in competition are presented on the website www.swiss-pavilion.com/awards .
 
G. Award winners will be announced at the opening cocktail of the 2017 SIWP which will take place at the Casino du Lac in Geneva on Sunday 15th January. It will be put online of the SIWP website.
 
AWARDS
 
Public awards by online-vote. The following prizes are awarded :
 
Award of the Lady’s watch
Award of the Man’s watch
 
These Awards are based on the votes expressed by the public on internet, via the website www.swiss-pavilion.com  and partners websites.
 
The two award winners of the Lady and Man categories will be offered the display of the watch during one week at the 2017 SIWP at the Casino du Lac.

SETTING UP OF THE VOTE
 
Awards will be expressed by online vote of the public
 
AGREEMENT OF THE PROCEDURE
 
The participation to the SIWP AWARDS automatically implies the adherence to all the articles of the agreement.

CALENDAR
 
20 December 2016 – Opening of the registrations
06 January 2017 24 :00 a.m. – End of the registrations
08 January 2017 12 :00 p.m. – Opening of the public online votes
14 January 2017 22 :00 p.m. – Closing of the public online votes
15 January 2017 20 :00 p.m. – AWARDS at the Casino du Lac
